District Panchayat Resource Centre, Morigaon

The District Panchayat Resource Centre (DPRC), Bhurbandha, Morigaon is an extension wing of Golap Borbora State Institute of Panchayat and Rural Development, being an Apex Institute for Training and Research under Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Govt. of Assam, controlled by Extension Training Centre, Kahikuchi and which is located at Bhurbandha Development Block Premises. This esteemed Institution was established under RGSA by Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Government of India in the year 2016 but it came into operation from August, 2022 with a view to impart training in the board field of Panchayat and Rural Development and clientele group of training provided by it are elected representative and functionaries of Panchayati Raj Institution, Line Department Officials, NGOs, CBOs, VOs, SHGs and Rural Mob.
