The Panchayat Resource Training Centre (PRTC) is located in Saralapathar, Dhakuwakhana, Lakhimpur district of Assam, India, is a vital institution dedicated to strengthening local governance by enhancing the capabilities of elected representatives and officials of Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs).
