As part of its forward-looking institutional reform and capacity enhancement initiative, the Institute is proposing to establish Schools of Excellence — strategically curated thematic clusters that reflect the core areas of Panchayati Raj and Rural Development. These Schools will function as integrated platforms for capacity building, policy research, training innovation, field engagement, and institutional knowledge sharing.
Each Joint Director functions not only as an academic lead but also as a strategic convener, promoting convergence across departments, institutional partnerships, and policy-level engagements.
